OTF-1000XCBZ-AB is a 400°C Max zone melting system that is equipped with a touch screen for ease of control. Such a system is widely used for low melting point metallic material directional solidification, purification, and single crystal growth, such as Li and Na, etc.

 Heating Module
  
  • The Heating Module is made of a resistance wire ring heater, one RTD sensor for temperature control, two extra RTD sensors for temperature monitoring, two cooling air knives. The positions of air knives are adjustable. 
  • Max. working temperature is 400ºC
  • The ID of the ring heater is 32 mm
  • The heating zone length is 40 mm
  • The heating module is fixed on a linear module to achieve accurate verticle movement.
  • The spare heating module is available upon request at the extra cost
